Terms of Service

Draft for review — this is not a final legal agreement.

StreamClip.L is a project in development intended to assist creators with preparing short clips from livestreams. Features may change, be unavailable, or require third-party approval.

Your content and permissions

You are responsible for ensuring that you own or have permission to download, edit, process, and publish the videos, audio, images, and other material you use. You must comply with copyright law, privacy rights, platform rules, and applicable law.

Third-party platforms

Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms are independent services with their own terms, policies, APIs, and approval processes. StreamClip.L does not guarantee that any platform integration, account authorization, or publishing feature will be available or approved.

Automated publishing

If an automatic publishing feature is offered in a release, you are responsible for selecting the destinations, reviewing your settings, and ensuring that the content may lawfully be published. Automation should be disabled if you do not want clips published without manual review.

Availability and liability

The project is provided during development and may contain errors or interruptions. The final terms must specify appropriate warranties, limitations of liability, support arrangements, and any fees before a public release.

Changes and contact

The operator should publish a valid contact address, identify the responsible person or entity, explain how changes to these terms are communicated, and add any required consumer or jurisdiction-specific provisions before launch.

Before public launch: adapt these terms to the actual software and business model, add operator identity and contact information, and obtain legal review where appropriate. Do not submit this draft as a final legal agreement.
